El Centro, Ca. – October 24, 2024 – The City of El Centro invites families to its Spooktacular Trick or Treat event at City Hall Courtyard on Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. This event is designed to offer a fun, safe, and festive environment where young children can trick or treat before heading into neighborhoods later in the evening.
Families are encouraged to bring their little ghouls and goblins to enjoy an afternoon filled with costumes, treats, and Halloween excitement. This event is aimed at providing younger children with a chance to celebrate Halloween in a controlled setting, where they can enjoy the holiday safely an get into the spooky spirit.
All children are welcome to join in the fun and collect candy from City departments, which will have decorated tables set up throughout the courtyard. The event offers a perfect prelude to neighborhood trick-or-treating and is free to the public. Costumes are highly encouraged.
