The Finance Department manages the financial affairs of the City and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency. Responsibilities include providing financial information to the City Manager and City Council regarding the fiscal affairs of the City, preparing the annual budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, administering the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable programs, cashiering, business license administration, purchasing and utility billing.

One of our primary goals is developing & implementing efficient and effective financial policies, plans and reporting systems that help the operating departments achieve their objectives and assure the City’s long term fiscal health.
