The Strategic Plan is a tool that guides the City and community toward a future we collectively envision for our city.  It includes setting goals and objectives to manage changes, which may include community demographics, fiscal constraints, economic conditions, emerging technologies, and other issues that influence our service delivery.

The Strategic Plan incorporates the City’s Mission, Vision and Values, which guide the planning efforts toward implementation of the Strategic Planning goals and objectives.
