The City of El Centro, in partnership with Antonio’s Baja Catch 22, will host the inaugural Fiesta del Valle Flavor Fest on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sports Pavilion, located at 770 Park Ave., El Centro.
This free community event will feature a variety of delicious dishes from local food vendors, live entertainment, and activities for all ages. Fiesta del Valle Flavor Fest promises to be an unforgettable celebration of food, music, and community spirit.
“Fiesta del Valle Flavor Fest is an incredible opportunity to bring our community together to celebrate the rich flavors, culture, and energy that make El Centro so special,” said Mayor Tomás Oliva. “I encourage everyone to join us for an evening of amazing food, great music, and unforgettable memories.”

- DJ Blanc Image Productions providing live music and entertainment
- A cornhole tournament offering friendly competition
- A beer garden serving beverages
- Vendors will be located in the parking lot of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sports Pavilion, creating a lively and festive atmosphere perfect for gathering with friends and family.
