The City of El Centro is notifying the public of upcoming lane closures at the intersection of Holt Avenue and Imperial Avenue on Thursday, May 15, and Friday, May 16, due to scheduled concrete work.
This work is part of the citywide Active Transportation Program (ATP) Cycle 5 Improvements Project, which is focused on enhancing traffic safety for both motorists and pedestrians. The closures will be in place during construction hours and are expected to cause traffic delays in the area.
Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate routes when possible, and exercise caution while traveling through the work zone.
