On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, two juveniles were arrested for burglary during a home visit near the 500 block of Brighton Avenue. School Resource Officers were investigating a burglary that occurred at Central Union High School two days prior. During the investigation, it was discovered the juveniles gained entry into the school, where they ransacked and vandalized multiple locations within the campus. The total cost of property damage was unknown at the time of the report. The juveniles were ultimately booked into juvenile hall for burglary charges.
