The project proposes the construction a 288-unit affordable housing project on a 12.90-acres parcel. The project site is zoned CT-Tourist Commercial and will require a rezone to R3-Multiple Family Residential. Consequently, a General Plan Amendment from Tourist Commercial to High Density Residential is also necessary. Finally, a five parcel tentative subdivision map is being processed to accommodate four project phases and the stormwater retention basin.
