MEXCA Brew
Ernesto Quintero and his partner Jessica Delgado own the new MEXCA Brew Company located at 612 Main Street in El Centro. After starting Strangers Bar in El Centro back in 2012, an opportunity came up to open a restaurant just down the street from Strangers and over the course of this past year, MEXCA Brew Co. has become a reality.
MEXCA Brew Co. is also is a restaurant and is open for food and beer to go orders and will soon be adding Pizza to their menu. Quintero and Delgado are working on opening an outdoor patio dining area. MEXCA Brew Co. strives to have about two new beer varieties every week. Check them out at mexcabrew.com.
Quintero has found opening a business in El Centro to be a positive experience, stating “I love working with the City of El Centro! They’ve always have been supportive and has worked closely with us, especially when working on outdoor events. I love working and having a business in the city of El Centro”.
